You need to remove the support for the local agent to spool that
information.  Try using -I -mibII/system_mib to remove the host
agent's support for that part of the mib range.

In order to proxy to 2 hosts, you *must* use one of:

1) a context (or different community names mapped to a
context if using v2c incoming to the proxy).

2) oid remapping, which the net-snmp agent proxy support does handle.
   However, this will confuse many managers and isn't really the right
   way to do it.

Views will *not* do what you're looking for.
