No idea...

Choices:

1) fix the problem for every architecture.  Hope there isn't circles,
   because that would suck if you needed file1.h on one system first
   and file2.h on another system first...
2) delete the warnings from configure ;-) and eventually #1
3) delete the warnings from configure ;-) and never upgrade to the
   version where they break this ;-)
