Hi net-snmp support, Thanks for your valuable information. Just realized that I am using 4.2.5 but my customer using 4.2.6. The memory leak on snmpd was on server side. Thus can I summarized that it is not related to net-snmp version issue? As I am using the older version as compared to customer and my customer found snmpd leak on server side but we didn't. Do you know what are possibilities that might cause this happen? Really appreciate if you can give me some insight.
We were using open source code on snmpd, and we realized that there was a leak on it, below is the link: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1034008&group_i d=12694&atid=112694 However, we still can't understand why we didn't see any leak on our side but customer side (we were using exactly the same firmware/snmpd)?
