As has been said before, run

snmpd [other options] <your_virtual_ip1>:161
snmpd [other options] <your_virtual_ip2>:161

If it doesn't work for you (it does for me), then add "-f -Le -Dread_config,tdomain,netsnmp_udp,snmp_agent" before the other options and post the output (of both agents) together with the full commandlines here.
