These are just warnings, and can safely be ignored.

The version of configure used for 5.0.7 didn't perform such strict check and
didn't issue warnings.

I'd recommend going back to 5.1.3.1 (or 5.2.1.2, or trying a 5.2.2 or 5.3
pre-release) and ignoring the configure warnings.
