Presently the persistent store for the agent has usmUser which is
lightly encrypted security information.  You're not thinking of
excluding that, are you?  If you exclude that and/or createUser, don't
bother 'cuz it won't help me.  Those are exactly the items that my
external configuration tool needs to manipulate.
