SNMPv3 requires that agents have an engineID.  Generally you shouldn't
need to manually set this unless you real want to.  The agent will
automatically generate one for you if you don't.  If you do want one
of your own, put it in /usr/local/share/snmp/snmpd.conf if you
self-compiled or /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf if you used an RPM.  If you do
use your own value, please make sure it's unique per host.
