Problem with Link Up/Down

Dear All,

        I am using Net-SNMP 5.3 pre-release1 in my router. When I browse the router for TRAPS with Trap Receiver in WINDOWS 2000 I am not getting "Link Up/Down" and "Authentication Failure" traps. The lines in my "snmpd.conf" is as follows:
