When i started the snmpd i got the following error ... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- # snmpd -L first fork failed (errno 38) in netsnmp_daemonize() Server Exiting with code 1 # ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- And also a search on the google with "uclinux+fork" gave a result that uClinux does not implement fork. snmpd works fine when i started with -f (snmpd -f)
