Is there some documentation of the semantics of the netsnmp_mib_handler interface?

 

(e.g.  

    1) what do the parameters represent:

                     netsnmp_mib_handler *handler,
                     netsnmp_handler_registration *reginfo,
                     netsnmp_agent_request_info *reqinfo,
                     netsnmp_request_info *requests

   2) How does the snmp engine react to different return values.
