The agent re-reads the configuration files.

It depends on the table.
Some tables may be cleared first, others may just add the
"new" configuration on top of the current setup.  Depending
on how the table has been implemented, this may or may not
work cleanly :-)

routine 'update_config' in agent/agent_read_config.c
and follow things through from there.
