No - I think it's the right time to close down 5.1.x.

Barring a serious problem, of course.  If something major
comes up, we can always decide to re-open it again (as
we're doing with 5.0.x for the snmpnetstat licensing issue).

But I don't see any benefit of putting development
effort into this line any more.
