Query about System Group - Reg

Hi All,

      Iam using Net-SNMP-5.3.0.1 in my router. I have one doubt about the "System Group". In system group we have the following variables which are writable:

        SysContact (1.3.6.1.2.1.1.4.0),
        SysName (1.3.6.1.2.1.1.5.0) and
        SysLocation (1.3.6.4.2.1.1.6.0).

I can able to set the values for these variables initially (i.e)while configuring them at the first time.

But after this; the values for these variables cannot be set because these variables act as "Read-Only" variables.

Is there any specific reason for these variables which behaves as "Read-Only" after the initial configuration? 

Kindly help me in regarding this.
