I'm sure I'm not the first poster on this subject, but...

On Fedora Core4, I did a full build/install of netsnmp 5.3.0.1 and tried to run "mib2c -h". I get the following error:

ERROR: You don't have the SNMP perl module installed. Please obtain
this by getting the latest source release of the net-snmp toolkit from
http://www.net-snmp.org/download/ . Once you download the source and
unpack it, the perl module is contained in the perl/SNMP directory.
See the README file there for instructions.

When I built netsmmp, I did the following:

./configure --with-perl-modules
make
make test
make install

What I need to do is import a new MIB into netsnmp v5.3.0.1. mib2c seems like it would be helpful, but what I really want to do is to import the entire MIB, not individual objects. Are there any recommendations on the best way to do this?

Thanks,
Chris
