Thanks Dave,

In 5.2.1, I had face thru put issue. When I am running snmpd
with monitor directive configured, target boards thru put went down.
Once the monitor directive is removed, thru put seems to be fine.

I ran snmpd using 'strace', there are so many system calls made
frequently after configured time interval.

Is this also fixed in 5.3?

I saw long discussion going wrt 'netlink' facility for linkup and down
traps. It this implemented/under construction?

I am exploring on the same. Please give me some help/reference wrt
netlink facility.

Thanks and Regards,
Santhosh

The DisMan Event MIB has been completely re-implemented for 5.3 and
above.
This code is entirely unrelated to the previous implementation.

Try that version, and let us know what problems (if any) you encounter.
