It's not "advised" that you re-use a name in a different MIB.
Technically, however it's actually legal but the reason that it's not
advised is that many implementations don't handle it well.  You've now
uncovered one such implementation.

So...  it's an HP-OV problem.  But the solution will likely be for you
to fix your MIB.

[FYI, IETF published MIBs aren't allowed to reuse node names, even
though the SMIv2 rules allow for it]
