The same holds for MinGW and Cygwin compilations as well.
Defining UDP_ADDRESSES_IN_HOST_ORDER in the appropriate
header files, and applying Thomas' udpTable.c patch - then both indexes
and values are displayed correctly.

Is it OK to add these definitions as well?
