Ahhh... I missed this the first time around. The MIB columns are non-contiguous... So, what you actually want is to provide a valid-columns structure during initialization... For an example of this, see agent/mibgroup/ip-mib/ipSystemStatsTable/ipSystemStatsTable_data_access.c. I should probably find a way to auto-detect this, but it's such a rare case...
