As Wes said, repeating the same request several times in quick
succession is not
the best way to encourage a helpful response. We're all volunteers,
supporting
this package in our spare time, and don't respond well to being nagged.
It would also be helpful if you could say:
a) what exactly you are trying to achieve with logmatch
b) some indication of what you have tried so far, what you expected
to see,
and what you actually did see
Saying "I have tried different configurations" isn't a lot of help if
you don't say
what these were. We're willing to try and assist, but can't read your
mind:-)
The clearer a problem report, the more likely that someone will be able to
answer it.
