configure now reads the list of modules to start with from agent/mibgroup/default_modules.h. As part of this, it also loads include/net-snmp/system/???.h as well prior to every module file, so you can now use definitions in the system file to decide whether to load a module. This is done in the default_modules.h file for deciding whether to load the host module, as an example.
