I'd tend to have removed the warning, then :-)

The eventual aim (well, my eventual aim) was to drop the original
"ucd-snmp/extensible" module from the default build, and just include
the new "agent/extend" module.
This include backwards-compatible support for the UCD-SNMP-MIB::extTable version
of the "exec" directive.

It's only the (broken) "exec OID ...." form that would be affected -
hence the warning..

I believe we'd agreed to keep shipping the "ucd-snmp/extensible"
module code, so individual admins could configure it into the agent
(and restore the previous behaviour) - but we'd drop it from the
default build.

Is now the right time to make that change? I'm happy to do so, but
feel we probably ought to have a clear agreement over this, rather
than me trying to slip it in unnoticed.
