Hello. I can't build net-snmp HEAD any more. The problems are as follows:
1) I do not have the librpm development package installed so I get hit by #1564233 - the configure checks for librpm headers aren't sufficient. 2) I do not have the perl module building packages installed so I naturally try to build with --disable-embedded-perl. The make fails with the following error message: > making all in /usr/local/src/net-snmp/cfull/mibs > /bin/sh: line 2: cd: perl: No such file or directory > Can't open perl script "Makefile.PL": No such file or directory > make: *** [perlmakefiles] Error 2 That is rather unexpected. /MF ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
