All of the OIDs will be transmitted as numeric OIDs (and binary values at that). Typically no more than eight or ten bytes in size. Remember that it's the *depth* of the OID nesting that controls the size of the OID - not the length of the label associated with it. I wouldn't have thought the example you provide would give 'snmptrap' any problems whatsoever. Have you actually tried sending this as a trap?
