The mib2c code and generating templates are covered by the normal
licenses so they are BSD. Because they're reproducing part of
themselves, the output will also be BSD licensed. Consult a lawyer,
but my now-lawyer point of view is that BSD licenses allow you to
reuse the code without releasing your own code in the future as long
as you distribute a copy of the license along with the product. Did I
mention I'm not a lawyer and you can't trust my advice?

Specifically, you're thinking of a GPL license which requires code
publication. A BSD license does not require that. Not that I'm a
lawyer, though.
