Judging by the release schedule, that's intended to be the final RC
before the eventual release. Is that still the plan?
In which case we need to come to decisions on all outstanding RFV's
before rc3 is published. We shouldn't really be making *any* changes
to the code after rc3 (unless we're going to roll out rc4)
Checking the lists, the main outstanding issues are:
- man page dependencies (always regenerating the alias pages)
- nlist handling (not sure whether this has been resolved)
- UCD memory reporting (memFree & swapError)
so far purely a debate between me and Thomas :-(
- perl & cc detection
Could we please try to come to some decision on these before Friday.
