So would I, but it's obvious that no one else has tried to build the DLL
(even just for the Perl modules) since rc1.  Dave found the issue with
netsnmpmibsdk a while ago but I thought it was already fixed.

I don't even use the Workspace to build which is why it isn't tested often
by me.

As for Cygwin and Mingw, I haven't tested those for a while and I don't
have any time to dedicate to them.  If no one on the list is complaining
about build issues, then it's obvious it's not a priority.  I'll probably
test them out for 5.4.1, which I'm sure will appear not too long after
5.4.

The priority for me is building with MSVC via build.bat, not the three
other ways to build under Windows.  This is mostly because this is what is
used to build the binary.
