Our current spec file is unlikely to work correctly on non-RH/Fedora (I
know you've been doing ppc yellowdog builds with it, so YMMV), mainly
because of the hard-coded package dependencies. Fixing this is not in
scope for 5.4.

Sure, I've said "tested on RHEL4/x86" and that implied *with* the patch,
of course.
