Not yet. http://www.net-snmp.org/dev/schedule.html is where we document our
tentative schedule, but it doesn't have any details of next releases yet. 5.4.1
is unlikely to be released before Q2, I'd say, unless major issues are found.

The current 5.4.x nightly tarball includes the fix, but continuing to run the
5.4 release plus the patch you've applied manually isn't a bad idea either.
