Unfortunately, these cases are not covered by RFC 3584, since an OID
value always has to have two sub-identifier. I believe a reasonably
implementation for OIDs that have two sub-identifier is to simply copy
the snmpTrapOID value into the enterprise field untouched. It might be
useful to file this actually as an erratum to RFC 3584.
