This is a subagent application, that registers with the master agent?
Or a standalone agent?  Or what?

You're probably better off talking to them, rather than us.

Then you are *definitely* better off talking to whoever supplied the
application.  The Net-SNMP team have no idea what this application
does, or how it works or anything.

If you've got problems with our software specifically, then we'd be
happy to try and help.  But we don't have the resources or expertise
(or interest!) to support other people's software as well.

Please talk to the people who actually know something about this application.
