I'm likely to ask who in the "room" thinks we should change.

Note: I use SVN personally on a more frequent basis than CVS.
Personally, I have more issues with SVN than CVS on a day to day basis
in particular with the sourceforge servers.  Personally, I don't think
we should convert yet.  I do, however, like SVN and many of it's
capabilities that CVS doesn't have.  I do think things have improved
since, say, 6 months ago but certain commands cause errors (especially
with the creation of new directories) that can lead to confusion for
administrators that don't know how to work around the problems.
