Hi,
I have gotten the snmp column display on BB monitoring device but it cant
seem to connect to remote devices when I snmpwalk to the devices.
For example I used this: snmpwalk -v 2c -c public 216.226.225.117 system
The reply is: No Response from 216.226.225.117
What am I doing wrong?
Also when I click on this device on the BBDISPLAY, it shows snmpget: Timeout
while another device is showing snmpget: No securityName specified
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
Though the default snmp version I saw on the BB is SNMPv2 MIBs so I did not
use snmpconf -r none -g basic_setup to set the snmpd.conf but I edited the
snmpd.conf file in /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf or should I have used it to set
snmpd.conf up?
I need help in this area.
