Is it recommended I set the following along with the "processed" bit?
"req->delegated = REQUEST_IS_NOT_DELEGATED"

Well, that's not really proper SNMP terminology.. but for example, a
no-such-instance is a hard error for a GET, but a soft error for a get-next.
