If the agent code included code to handle SET requests for these two
objects, then we could indeed register them as RWITE.
But there isn't.

Because there is no code to implement such write support.
If someone provides suitable SET handling code, then we
can update the implementation accordingly.
   Until then, these objects will remain read-only.
