I can confirm that it does not create it if the directory does not exist. I
ran into it this morning. Running as root, I tried to run 5.4.1 as a master
agentx and failed with the error about it not being able to bind ... I then
ran the mkdir /var/agentx directory cmd and worked fine. I reran my original
snmpd command line and everything function as it has previously.I've never had
this problem before 5.4.1, bug or design feature? This occured on an as4
