Have you actually looked at your libraries to check this
before asking the question here?

As far as I am aware, you would have to take explicit steps to
produce stripped libraries.  The standard Net-SNMP build
process does not do this automatically.
   Certainly the libraries in my build area all contain the
expected symbols.
