Thanks for your response. I will pass "user name" in SNMPv3 just as pass "community strin" in SNMPv1 and v2c.

Note that this suggestion involves a change to the published behaviour of the Net-SNMP agent. So there is zero chance that this patch will be incorporated into the official code. You've got the source, of course, so you are perfectly at liberty to tweak the agent to your own requirements. Just as long as you realise that you'll have to add this patch to any future versions of the code as well.
