Hi, I am working with net-snmp version 5.4.1 on Solaris. Starting snmptrapd with: /usr/local/sbin/snmptrapd -Ls 3 (to pipe it into syslog-ng local 3)
the snmptrapd.conf looks like: authCommunity log <community> trapLog snmpTrapdAddr 172.20.110.16:800 The problem: Mostly I see two snmptrapd process starting and then the stream to syslog-ng blocks. Once it started with only one process and then I got a correct stream on the syslog site. For me it looks like a bug and any help would be appreciated.
