I'm not sure why the mib2c.mfd.conf template config iisn't included
in the 5.1.x line. And it's some four years plus since this template
first appeared, so I doubt that Robert would remember either,
But this is just a wrapper round the "working" routines, which
*are* present in the 5.1.x line. So if you must insist on working
with an obsolete release, then you should be able to copy the
mib2c.mfd.conf file from another version, and this ought to work.
But if you run into problems, our advice will be to upgrade!
