Hi,
I want to compile net-snmp-5.1.1 without mibII/interfaces module and implement
ifTable by myself.
So I use option "--with-out-mib-modules=mibII/interfaces" in configure phase.
ex:
./configure --with-out-mib-modules=mibII/interfaces
But when I make it, it showed following error messages:
gcc -g -O2 -Dlinux -o .libs/snmpd snmpd.o ./.libs/libnetsnmpagent.so
./.libs/libnetsnmpmibs.so helpers/.libs/libnetsnmphelpers.so
../snmplib/.libs/libnetsnmp.so -ldl -lcrypto -lelf -lm -Wl,--rpath
-Wl,/usr/local/lib
./.libs/libnetsnmpmibs.so: undefined reference to `Interface_Index_By_Name'
./.libs/libnetsnmpmibs.so: undefined reference to `Interface_Scan_Init'
./.libs/libnetsnmpmibs.so: undefined reference to `Interface_Scan_Next'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [snmpd] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/TRACE-net-snmp-5.1.1/agent'
make: *** [subdirs] Error 1
What's wrong in my procedure? Did I miss something important?
Is there anyone could help me to resolve this? Thanks.
