Hi,
I got an error when I installed net-smp-5.4.1.2, and the error message is as
following:
...
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lperl
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [snmpd] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/georgehu/tmp/net-snmp/net-snmp-5.4.1.2/agent'
make: *** [subdirs] Error 1
I have checked that there is actually perl library.
$loacte perl.so
/usr/lib/libperl.so.5.8.8
/usr/lib/libperl.so.5.8
/usr/lib/purple-2/perl.so
Why I got this error?
