Hi,
I want to register the exisiting security model 'usm' in net-snmp 5.4.2. For
this, I did the following things.
1) Issued the configure command with the following options.
--with-defaults --with-default-snmp-version="1"
--without-sys-location \
--without-sys-contact --enable-ipv6 --without-logfile \
--without-persistent-directory --disable-agent \
--disable-applications --disable-manuals --disable-scripts \
--disable-mibs --disable-mib-loading --without-python-modules \
--disable-snmptrapd-subagent --disable-embedded-perl \
--disable-perl-cc-checks --without-perl-modules \
I think, by default the usm security module is included, so I haven't
included the --with-security-modules
