The main download page deliberately only lists the most
recent version of each development line.
The link
"Sourceforge download page - all files"
was intended to take you to the repository of *all*
released versions. This certainly used to work, but it
appears that SourceForge have changed the services
that they provide, and this FTP-based archive is no
longer available.
I suggest you try the last link on that page:
ftp://ftp.freesnmp.com/mirrors/net-snmp/
This does include both (selected) binaries and source
code for 5.3.0.1.
I'll look at updating the download page, to make things
somewhat clearer.
