Right now, no it isn't.  I'd like to support this but haven't done the
appropriate #ifdef's to make this happen.

That being said, if you don't create users with MD5 as the
authentication method you won't actually suffer from the weaker
security.  The only downside would be the slightly increased code size.

(note: there is no SHA256 at all...  SHA1 is the only option at this
point (though most people consider SHA1 safe when used as part of the
HMAC algorithm, which SNMPv3 uses))
