If you pefer not to use command line, start the daemon with alternate
snmpd.conf file.
#/usr/sbin/snmpd -f -c /tmp/snmpd.conf
The contents of the file /tmp/snmpd.conf should look like
-------
rocommunity public
agentaddress 18000
------
Change the port "18000" to you suit your needs.
