Yes.

Or else it's in your private module.
So that's the first thing to check.

Try recompiling the main agent to include your MIB module directly,
and run some soak tests on that.

Similarly, take the code for one of the standard MIB modules,
and configure that as a dynamically loaded module.
(You'll probably need to tweak the root OID to some dummy value).
Then run the same soak tests.

What happens in each case?

It's a little early for that!
Until we've found out where the problem lies,
it's a bit difficult to provide a patch :-)
