"Access Control" is the means of specifying who can talk to your
SNMP agents, what information they can see, and what (if anything)
they can change.

Typically (for a simple configuration) this means saying what community
string should be used for retrieving information from the agent,
and what community string (if any) can be used for making changes.

This includes an example of a minimal access control setup.
(Which can be as simple as one or two lines!)

Things get a little more complex if you're wanting to use SNMPv3,
but I'd suggest you start with the community-based approach first.
