No idea.
That particular module uses the MfD framework,
which is Robert's baby - not mine.
A quick look at the code in
mibgroup/ip-mib/ipAddressTable/ipAddressTable_interface.c
seems to indicate that it does attempt to support SET requests.
And there are various files under
mibgroup/ip-mib/data_access
relating to ipaddress_xxxx, which is a reasonable indication
that it might work on certain systems.
