You should *NOT* use the same community string for
both "read-write" and "read-only" settings. It is completely
unnecessary, and can cause problems with handling SET
requests.

That looks suspiciously as if you haven't included
IPv6 transport support in the agent.
How did you re-compile and re-install the agent?
Can you query the agent using UDPv4?
If so, what is the result of
snmpget .... UCD-SNMP-MIB::versionConfigureOptions.0
?
