Hi,
I am extending the NET-SNMP agent by adding MIBs. I have a doubt
regarding MIB object definition provided in the following document
http://www.cablelabs.com/specifications/PKT-SP-EUE-DATA-I01-071106.pdf.

In this MIB module at page 48, there are several MIB objects with
comments that say "Same as PKTC-IETF-MTA-MIB". For example consider the
description of the MIB object "pktcMtaDevSerialNumber":

    -- OBJECT pktcMtaDevSerialNumber - Same as PKTC-IETF-MTA-MIB

In this case what is the OID of pktcMtaDevSerialNumber. Basically, I
wanted to know the meaning of the sentence "Same as PKTC-IETF-MTA-MIB"
in the above description. Does it mean that,
1. The MIB object pktcMtaDevSerialNumber's description is same as that
provided in "PKTC-IETF-MTA-MIB".
2. Does it have the same OID as provided in "PKTC-IETF-MTA-MIB". If not
what would the OID of the MIB object be?

Any help will be appreciated.

Regards,
mwnn
